This emphasis on High Rise development will allow for better planning and use of recreational and green areas, to include a Leisure Valley, River Front Boulevard, City Parks, Bhalswa Lake Complex, 9 hole Golf Course, Amusement Park, Science Park and network of playgrounds and green spaces interconnected with pedestrian and cycle tracks. Zone P comprises of Narela, Libaspur, Swaroop Nagar, Sant Nagar and Alipur. It is located on the left and right side of GT Karnal Road in North Delhi. The site itself is just 5 Km from the main NH-1 and a mere 10Km from the Delhi Bye-pass. Zone P is extremely well connected with ISBT and CP in close proximity.
